Itinerary: We then do a 2 hour boat ride on the St Lucia estuary to view crocodiles, hippos and various bird species. The iSimangaliso Wetland Park is a World Heritage Site and is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and the tranquility of the wetlands.

Overview: A tour of the city of Durban. Highlights include the Moses Mabhida Stadium (skycar optional), the Botanical Gardens, the Victoria Street Oriental Market and the beachfront.

Overview: Tala game Reserve is a small reserve but with great nature and animals, including Rhinos, Hippos, Buffalo, Antelope, Zebra, Impala, Kudu, Giraffe and with 20 different species of birds.

Itinerary: Travel time from Durban is approximately 1h15m. On arrival at the park the game drive would be 2hrs, whereafter we would have lunch then drive back to Durban or our departure location.

Overview: Travel to KwaMuhle Museum for an introduction to the Durban system. KwaMuhle is central to the lives of every African whoever lived and worked in the city of Durban between 1928 and 1986. It was also important to anyone who employed.

Itinerary: From here we travel to the Inanda Heritage Sites including the Mahatma Gandhi settlement and the Ohlange Institute where Nelson Mandela cast his first democratic vote in 1994. We then travel to the Albert Luthuli Museum in Groutville, home of the first African Nobel Peace Prize winner.

Overview: Visit Hluhluwe-Umfolozi Game Park for the morning and then drive to St Lucia in the iSimangaliso Wetlands for a 2 hour boat cruise down the world’s largest estuary viewing hippo and crocodile in their natural habitat. Open safari vehicle game drive is available.

Itinerary: Early morning departure from Durban and travel to Hluhluwe-Umfolozi. Spend the morning game viewing before heading to the St Lucia estuary for the afternoon boat cruise. Return to Durban in the evening.

Overview: Enjoy a full day of game viewing in a 96,000 hectare wildlife sanctuary for the opportunity of spotting animals including the Big Five. The Hluhluwe-Umfolozi Game Reserve is renowned for its conservation efforts in saving the white rhino extinction.

Itinerary: Early morning departure from Durban and travel approximately 3 hours to the Hluhluwe-Umfolozi Game Reserve. Spend the day searching for the Big Five and various other game species. Depart the park by 14h00 to return to Durban in the late afternoon. Open safari vehicle game drive is included.
